MEET ERIKA

Throughout my career, I've gained extensive experience in skin and coat care, AKC breed-standard grooming, canine behavior, and gentle, humane handling techniques. I believe there's always something new to learn, so continuing education has remained an important part of my career. I've attended seminars across the country to stay current on grooming techniques, equipment, products, and animal health and wellness.

I am certified in pet first aid and CPR, an AKC Safety Certified Groomer, and my mobile grooming salon is also AKC Safety Certified.

As a lifelong dog lover and pet parent myself, I understand how important it is to know your dog is in caring, capable hands. My goal has always been to provide a safe, comfortable, and positive grooming experience, treating every dog with the same patience, kindness, and respect I would want for my own.

When I'm not busy grooming, I love spending time with my family and our three wonderful hounds: Ripley, our goofy Bluetick Coonhound; Minnie, our sweet hound/Pointer mix with special mobility needs; and Dixie, our newest family member, a rescued American English Coonhound. They each have their own unique personalities and keep life interesting!

I also have a creative side and love all things arts and crafts! I'm always dreaming up a new project, learning a new craft, or finding something fun to create. Whether I'm working with my hands or trying something completely new, I love having a creative outlet outside of grooming.

Thank you for trusting me with your beloved doggies. It's a privilege to care for them, and I'm truly grateful for the wonderful clients and friendships I've made along the way.
